These Live Guided Sessions are for Individuals who always felt curious and always wanted to learn meditation. Individuals who find their minds in constant chatter and lack the ability to focus for long and struggle to consistently do something in their life. This Meditation Session is designed especially for individuals who really want to reach a state where they can experience more silence and peace of mind not only when they are meditating but throughout the day. Practice is the key.

There are personalized meditation classes available online. These meditation sessions are live guided meditations depending on the energy of the seeker. If you do the meditation with a positive attitude you will be amazed at the progress made and quality of life gained. Recorded meditation is available for the rest of the days to practice as well. These are one-to-one sessions and not group sessions.
