Inner Chaos to Calm Session
Inner Chaos to Calm Session
Either we are completely hijacked by our mind’s constant noise, its views, its doubts, and its fears—keeping us living a life influenced by it in each of our decisions and life choices—or, on the other extreme, we are hijacked by our constant rising emotions that pull us in different directions in our everyday life.
Each of these extremes creates havoc in our life, as life is not perfect and cannot be put in a box. We cannot separate these two either, as that only leads to more regrets and resentments about our decisions.
The Clash: Logic vs. Emotion
The clash is widely about your logical values (safety, finances, predictability, status) competing with an emotional value (creative expression, freedom, connection). This session will help you understand your underlying nature and map out exactly which logical rules and emotional needs dictate your life.
By the end of the session, you will find yourself feeling confident and more in tune with your own mind and emotional journey—its needs, its wants, and its limitations—to make better choices and create a happy life.
Available online via video call or in person in Goa, we break this down into clear, structured stages:
Step 1: Mapping the Mind’s Logic
We ask 3 major logical questions to understand your mind’s basic nature:
- What is my baseline for safety? (Money, health, routine)
- How do I measure success? (Status or freedom)
- Whose rules am I following? (Society, parents, or my own)
Step 2: Uncovering the Heart’s Needs
We then move to finding out what your heart truly needs:
- What feelings make me feel alive? (Peace, excitement, connection)
- What feelings drain me the most? (Boredom, chaos, loneliness)
- What emotion would I buy if safety and money were guaranteed?
Step 3: The Ultimate Alignment
At the end of the session, we bring both worlds together by asking the final, most important integration questions:
- Does this keep me safe? (To satisfy the mind)
- Does this make me proud? (To satisfy the heart)
This Session is for one hour.
