Gratitude Therapy Session with Reiki

Gratitude is an emotion and a state of appreciation for the positive things in life. It involves recognizing the goodness we experience and acknowledging that it comes from sources outside ourselves, fostering a sense of thankfulness. Science also confirms the many benefits of feeling gratitude including better sleep, better mental health, better relationships and an improved ability to face everyday circumstances.This session is especially wonderful when you are going through some rough times and life has taken away that sweet smile of yours.

What does a session involve?
In this fun session, we will use tarot cards to show us the small or big blessings that the universe wants you to remember once again to bring joy, happiness and lightness in life. We will also tap into your biggest achievements that the universe thinks you should be proud of. We will also ask for the three big blessings that are coming your way this year and for which you need to start working towards now. These can be materialistic/emotional blessings depending on the cards that come your way. We will end the session by giving Reiki energy to your heart chakra and your solar plexus chakra.
