STRICT NO-REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments made for sessions, readings, workshops, retreats, consultations, or products are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase or booking, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance, scheduling conflicts, technical glitches on your end, missed appointments, or a change of mind. If you miss a scheduled session without giving at least 24 hours of prior written notice, the session will be considered forfeited without any option to reschedule.

INTERACTIVE TOOLS, CARD PHOTOS, & VOICE NOTES
To support your wellness journey, interactive tools and asynchronous communications are frequently utilized during and after sessions. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Card Readings & Photography: Any Tarot, Angel, or Somatic exercise cards used during sessions—and any photographs of card spreads or exercise prompts that clients are permitted to take—are intended strictly for personal reflection, creative alignment, and spiritual guidance. They do not constitute absolute forecasts, fixed predictions, or psychological assessments. By photographing these cards, you explicitly acknowledge that these exercises are for self-directed personal use only and do not constitute an active, supervised treatment plan or a professional therapist-patient relationship.

WhatsApp & Digital Voice Notes: Follow-up voice notes, intuitive messages, or advice sent directly to your phone via WhatsApp or other digital messaging platforms are informal extensions of spiritual mentorship. These communications are non-diagnostic, do not replace active psychotherapy, and do not establish a binding emergency contract of clinical care.

Intellectual Property of Audio: Voice notes and private digital messages sent to your personal device are strictly for your individual, private use. You may not publish, broadcast, post online, or share these audio files or texts publicly without explicit written consent from The Fifth Element Spiritual.
