Balancing Mind and Emotions Session

Anything done in extreme, even good intentions or deeds can harm us in the end. In today’s world we are surrounded by family members, colleagues, partners, children, friends who are living life with over or no practicality towards life and an over emotional response or cold view towards life. I have seen these two extremes in a number of my clients and so this session came about.

Our childhood conditioning, our family background, and our own personal life experiences somewhere creates imbalance in how we are using our mind and emotions. They all seem to cloud our judgments, weaken our bodies and create stress and sometimes ruin our relationships. What is that perfect balance that we need to create in ourselves that can help our life to move forward without hurt. The answer is in our habits, behaviours, our perception, our inner self worth and so on.

What this session Involves?

We first try to understand your mind through Tarot cards and learn about its current conscious and subconscious state. We try to logically understand how your mind works. We get to understand the imbalance that your mind creates, which also gives rise to your personal life issues as well address what needs to change. We then look into your emotions journey and the reasons why they over power you and how and what changes we need to make in our habits and behaviors to bring balance in them. We also explore your own attitude towards yourself and what can be done to improve it. We end the session with 10 minutes Reiki to your chakras.

 This Session is for one hour.
